Baby J delivers to all parts of Hong Kong, including outlying islands.



Island, Kowloon & NT – Items ordered by 10am Monday-Friday will normally be packed and given to our couriers next business day.  Our couriers will do their best to deliver to you same day, however, this is NOT GUARANTEED and you should allow up to 1-2 business days for delivery.  If you need something urgently, please complete the Contact Us form or email us so that we can help expedite delivery.

Outlying Islands – Certain remote areas in Hong Kong are not served by our couriers, and we may use HK Post's registered parcel service.  In this case the delivery may take 3-5 business days. We will inform you if this is the case.                        

No delivery service will be available on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays, or during extreme weather warnings (Typhoon 8 and Black Rain Storm warnings).

Please note that during busy holiday seasons e.g. Easter, Christmas, delivery times may be a little longer. 



Orders are delivered by Hong Kong Post or private couriers. In some cases, you may receive a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched via courier so that you can view the delivery status online. If you have not received a tracking number, please allow 2 days for delivery before you contact us for assistance. Any queries can be sent via the Contact Us Form online or email to


If no-one is home then we will attempt to follow any specific instructions you have provided on checkout.

If this fails then we will attempt to contact you on the telephone number(s) supplied at checkout to make alternate arrangements.

If this fails then the goods will be returned to our warehouse. In this case, regretfully we may charge for redelivery or redirection of failed orders.

We will not accept liability for deliveries left as per customer request.


If your order is late we will be happy to assist you further. We suggest you use our Contact Us Form to ensure the speediest response - we aim to respond within 24 hours of you contacting us.


If you believe the carrier has lost your parcel please use our Contact Us Form and we will look to resolve the issue as quickly as possible with the carrier service in question.


We are more than happy to order items you might not find on your website. If you require us to order some special order items for you, we request a 50% deposit on ordering and full payment on collection.
